Refunds

Duality Relationship Mentors, Australia. The written report is a single payment: A$7 for one partner, or A$12 for both. There is no subscription and no renewal.

If something is wrong with the report

If the report does not arrive, the link does not open, or what you received is not the personal report described, email hello@dualitymentors.com and we will resend it or refund you in full. You should not have to chase us for a product that was not supplied as described.

Change of mind

Email us within 14 days of payment, from the address you used at checkout, and we will refund the payment in full to the original card. You do not have to argue a case. This is our choice as a business, on top of your legal rights.

Australian Consumer Law

If you are a consumer in Australia, the consumer guarantees apply. They include that services are provided with due care and skill and are fit for the purpose you made known, and that goods and services match their description. Those guarantees cannot be excluded. A major failure gives you rights to a refund or another remedy. Nothing on this site is intended to limit those rights.

How a refund is paid

Refunds go back through Stripe to the card that paid. We aim to reply within five business days. Include the email you used and the approximate date.
