Privacy notice

Duality Relationship Mentors, Australia, runs this questionnaire. Questions: hello@dualitymentors.com.

What we collect

Your name, email, your partner's email, date of birth, religion, whether you attend worship, and your questionnaire answers. If you pay, we store the amount, currency, time, and a Stripe payment reference. We do not store your card number. We do not ask for a phone number.

What your partner can see

Nothing you wrote. Each of you has a separate private link. If you buy the both-partners report, and both of you have finished, each of you sees the five category scores side by side. That view does not include answers about infidelity, secrets, sex, family, religion, or anything else you typed or selected.

How the report is written

If an AI provider key is configured, your own answers are sent to that provider to draft your report. Your partner's answers are not included in that request. If no key is configured, the report is written on this server from your scores and answers and is not sent to an external model. Either way it is guidance, not therapy or a diagnosis.

Why we have it

To score the questionnaire, pair the two of you with a code, write and email the report you paid for, and handle a refund if you ask for one. We do not sell your answers.

How long we keep it

Until you delete it, or until the service closes. You can delete from the link on your results page, or request a deletion email from the delete page. Deletion removes your answers, scores, and report. Payment records (amount, date, and the email on the receipt) are kept for accounting, tax, and refunds — typically five years.

The link is the key

Your results link is unguessable and private. Anyone you forward it to can read your report. Treat it like a house key.
