Couples Questionnaire
We ask for an email so we can send your report and your partner a pairing code. We do not ask for a phone number.
Partner A = The first partner to fill the form out.
Used only to pair your questionnaires and, if you choose, to send them the pairing code. They never see your answers.
You need to be 18 or older. We use this to confirm that, and as context in your own report.
Collected as context for your own report. It is not scored, and it is never shown to your partner.
